Refund Policy

Maggie Stern Stitches Honors a "30" Day Exchange or refund on all regular priced nonsale items from the date of purchase if you are not "100" Percent satisfied with your purchase.  Please contact us via email Sales@maggiesternstitches.com.

Goods must be in "original" condition and not worn, washed, or damaged. Maggie Stern Stitches reserves the right to cancel a refund if the product is not returned in the same condition "originally" when purchased.

The product must be exchanged or returned for a refund with proof of the original receipt. Please keep a receipt or copy of your credit/debit card statement.

* Customer is responsible for returned items shipping fees.

Buyer excepts responsibility for shipping costs on an exchange of an item if applicable. Maggie Stern Stitches covers the original free shipping, upon an exchange buyer excepts shipping costs.

• Please note Maggie Stern Stitches will do its very best to find the most reasonable shipping costs available.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
